Ingredients:

  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 250 g lettuce
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Scarve the chicken breast,Season it with salt and pepper then saute it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil until it's nicely brown.

  2. Add the lemon juice, zest and rosemary to the chicken.
  3. After removing the chicken from the pan, add the Sliced mushrooms and saute them.

  4. Prepare the dressing sauce: mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 lemon juice, greek yogurt, chili sauce, salt and pepper. 
  5. Clean the lettuce, chop it and put it in a large mixing bowl. Add the sliced chicken, sliced tomato, mushrooms, then top it with the dressing sauce.
