One bowl healthy banana cake

Ingredients:

  • 200g bananas
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1/3 Cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1.5 Cups oats
  • 1/4 Cup non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp calorie free/ low-cal pancake syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  •  pinch of salt
  •  pinch of cinnamon 

Preparation:

  1. In a blender add all ingredients of the recepie: bananas, egg whites, applesauce, oats, greek yogurt, pancake syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

  2. Preheat the oven on a 180°c temperature. 
  3. Pour the mixture in an 8inch round baking tray. Bake it for 25-30 minutes. Serve it cold.
